We had a great time at the Mardi Gras Parade outreach in Monroe, La. Christy, Chip, and Chris, who had never done an event like this, came with us. They were encouraged as they watched us for a while and gave out tracts with us. Bro. Marshall, Bro. Charles and my son Braylyn were there, too. I would guess that we gave out around 1200 or more tracts as we went through the crowds. My best conversation was with DeShawn, a young man he said that he didn't know where he was going when he died. I asked him to think about our conversation. I talked with several who had been drinking. Carl quoted a bible verse and said that he was raised up knowing about church, but didn't go to church. Reece took Seinfeld millions from us and gave them to people passing by. He said that he only drinks on his birthday and Mardi Gras, "but other than that, the Lord is my savior." Please pray for the seeds that were planted!
