Mardi Gras Parade Outreach - February 3, 2018

Please pray for our Mardi Gras parade outreach coming up on February 3rd. This event attracts thousands With opportunities to give out tracts and have a lot of conversations. We usually give out around 1500 to 2000 tracts. We will have at least two new soul-winners going with us. We are praying that someone will answer the Gospel call!

Tract Display Ideas

Tract displays can be left at stores, laundry mats, and other places. I found two things at Dollar Tree that can be converted to tract holders for people to take from. The first one is a vanity organizer. This holds around 200 business card size tracts. The second one is a divided organizer which can contain over 200 tracts. I have displays at three convenience stores and three laundry mats. I usually fill them every two to three weeks. In witnessing, we run into people who have seen the tracts. Remember, ask for permission to leave your display. One store owner where I leave tracts is in the Bezeugen Tract Club.

Easter Is Coming!

The Story Of The Hoppy Easter Tract

From The Bezeugen Tract Blog

Seems like every year at Easter time there is a long line at every mall to see the Easter Bunny. It is as if people think that the Easter Bunny is what Easter is actually about. My friend and I often have joked about this in the past saying that we should wish people “Hoppy Easter.” The last couple years we talked about how it would make a good Gospel tract. This year, I decided to make the tract. Amazingly when I searched online on google for “hoppy easter” I found the image that we ended up using on the tract and it even said “Hoppy Easter” on it. The picture was royalty free, so we decided to use it for the tract.

Here is a good story that you can use to talk to people about Easter. The best egg is an empty egg! You see when people do Easter egg hunts, they often put candy, money or toys inside the eggs. The kids love to find these and gather what is inside. However, when the egg is empty, it reminds us that the tomb was empty on Easter Sunday as well. That is the message of Easter. An empty tomb because He is Risen! He is Risen Indeed!

So many need to here about the hope that we have in Jesus. He died so that we can live. He took our sin on the cross and paid our fine! When witnessing sometimes, I like using this illustration from Ray Comfort's "Hell's Best Kept Secret":

“On the way to this meeting, the law clocked you at going 55 miles an hour through an area set aside for a blind children’s convention. There were ten clear warning signs stating that fifteen miles an hour was the maximum speed, but you went straight through at 55 miles an hour. What you did was extremely dangerous; there’s a $25,000 fine. The law was about to take its course, when someone you don’t even know stepped in and paid the fine for you. You are very fortunate.”

Wouldn't you be thankful that that person paid your fine? That's what Jesus did! We broke all of the Ten Commandments, but Jesus took our place so that we wouldn't have to go to hell!

Mardi Gras Parade Outreach - Jan. 30, 2016

We had a great time of evangelism at the Mardi Gras parade in Monroe this evening. Bro. Charles McGuire, my two sons, and myself gave out around 2000 tracts from 4:30 to 6:30. We saw several people that we knew. We had a few rejects. One man said "We go to church, but we don't believe like y'all do." A woman who Bro. Charles gave a Yolo tract to said that she had got one last year. Bro. Charles was wearing his Vietnam vet hat which opened up conversations for him and several people thanking him for his service. My highlight conversation was with Alex and Eric who were students from Turkey. Eric said that he wanted to shake my hand for what we were doing. He said that his friends would be angry, but he liked the way we were witnessing. I told him and Alex an illustration from Hell's Best Kept Secret by Ray Comfort. Please pray for fruit to come from what was done!

Happy New Year - 2016!

Tonight marks the 23rd anniversary of an accident that could have left me paralyzed or in hell. This is my testimony of how I was born again.

On New Year's Eve '92, I was involved in the party scene. I thought I was living the good life. I had moved to Shreveport to manage the GNC (General Nutrition Center) at Southpark Mall. I had just bought a 1992 Dodge Dakota Sport. I was twenty-three at this time. Before this,I managed the GNC at Pecanland Mall in Monroe, La. I was into working out with weights. I had lost about 65 pounds through exercising and dieting. My friend, John, helped me with working out. In November, my boss asked me if I could transfer to the Shreveport store. I eagerly told him that I could. I was wanting to move up in the company.

I had met a young woman at one of the clubs where I hung out with my friend, Al. We started dating before I moved. She lived in Ruston. I stopped in to see her one day when I was going back to West Monroe to visit. She broke up with me that day. The day before New Year's Eve, she called me to ask us to hold a place for her at the club where we would be at in Monroe.  We all got to the bar that night with partying on our minds. I started drinking mixed drinks. Sometime after midnight, I blacked-out. I remember just bits and pieces of what was to happen after that. I remember walking out to my truck. After that, I remember shutting the passenger door to the truck. Then, I was walking on the other side of the bridge down Trenton Street in West Monroe. Then, I was at the door of Al's apartment. I woke up at 10:00 on New Year's Day. I told Al that we needed to find my truck. I didn't know where it was! We drove around looking for it in West Monroe and Monroe. I finally called the Monroe Police Department to ask If they had towed the truck. The woman on the line told me that it had been towed to Master's Auto Service in Monroe. I went to see it there. The hood and front was crushed in the middle. The owner of the towing company told me that I was fortunate to be alive. I had hit a utility pole on the corner of Pine and Walnut, which was several blocks from the club. The police had pulled some of my hair from the windshield where I had hit with my head. I had walked one mile from where I had wrecked. The officer that worked the accident called me at midnight on January 1st to ask me about what had happened. I lied about what I did, but they knew that I had been drinking.
I had to go back to Shreveport without transportation. Over the next several months I was dependent  on my parents to come to bring my back home on most weekends. I walked to work sometimes and got a taxi at other times. One day at work I was talking with a regular customer about some of our products. She and her husband worked for the Shreveport Police Department. We ended up talking about church and Jesus. She asked where I went to church. I told her that I was trying to go back to church. She said "You're not doing anything! You better come back to Jesus now! "
There had been others who had witnessed to me before, but her words made me to think. I didn't write the exact date down, but around March the 15th I repented of my sins, asked for forgiveness, and was saved at my apartment in Kingston Village Apartments on Kingston Road! What a change! I got born-again! I told everyone what had happened to me! I couldn't go back to the clubs anymore!
I couldn't listen to the same music anymore! I didn't have the desire to drink anymore! I was a changed man!
I was able to move back home and get my old job back in April. I started passing out tracts. I went to church whenever I could. I wanted all that the Lord had for me! I wanted to do His will! I met Todd at a revival one night. We passed out tracts at several bars around town. Later, we preached at some of the bars. I was nervous about street preaching, but I was hooked after I did it a few times! I love to tell the story of how the Lord saved me!
I am thankful that I have had an extension on my life. I should have died and went to hell that night of my accident, but I am alive! I am saved!
Happy New Year!

The Monroe - West Monroe Mardi Gras Parade - February 7, 2015

We had a great night of giving out tracts at the Monroe-West Monroe Mardi Gras parade. Bro. Charles, Bro. Lance, Braylyn (my oldest son), and I were present for this event. Last year we gave out around 1500 tracts. This year was around 1700 - 1800. The parade was to start at 6pm. We began at 4:15pm. We mainly used the "What Happens After #YOLO?" tract from Bezeugen ministries. It was well received with only a few people rejecting tracts. One woman said that she had already received a YOLO tract somewhere else! A lot of young people said "YOLO" when they saw the tract. Bro, Lance and Bro. Charles walked down one side of Louisville, Ave. while Braylyn and I took the other. We were out there for about 2 1/2 hours. I saw Earl, whose wedding I was best man in. He was  with another friend who I know from my party days. I saw several other people that I knew and a few customers from the optical that I work at. Bro. Charles and Bro. Lance talked with a Mormon. We talked with Brandon, who was drunk. At first, he gave the tract back. Then, he took it back and put it in his wallet. I took Jacob through three of the commandments. He admitted his guilt, but holds to the idea that therd are many ways to Heaven. Steve told me that he was Catholic and followed rules. He took the tract that Chris rejected. Chris appreciated me talking with him, but said that he wasn't changing. I was able to give out 5 of the Spanish YOLO tracts. This is one of our largest events of each year.  Please pray for the seeds that were sown!

YOLO ... what then?

YOLO - You Only Live Once. This is said by people everyday. It is tweeted with as a hashtag on Twitter (#YOLO). People say it when they have done something because of a wild and free spirit. I have been asking people lately what YOLO means. Most  knew what it was. A few didn't. I asked what would happen after you live once. Some said eternity would be next. Others said that they didn't know. I was able to give each one a tract and asked them to think about our conversation. Try this the next time you witness and see what kind of response you get.

This is a good tract to use when you ask someone about YOLO. It can be ordered through onemilliontracts.com through the Bezeugen tracts.

Live Each Day

Roughly 150,000 people die each day. What if today is your last? “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment” (Hebrews 9:27). Based on the Ten Commandments, how will you do? Have you ever told a lie? Stolen anything? Hated someone? Jesus calls hatred murder (Matthew 5:22)! Ever used God’s name carelessly? That is blasphemy and is a very serious offense (Exodus 20:7). If God judges you by this standard, will you be innocent or guilty? Should God send you to Heaven or Hell? God does not want you to go to Hell (1 Timothy 2:4, 2 Peter 3:9). Two thousand years ago, God sent His only son Jesus Christ to earth. Jesus being fully God and fully man, lived a perfect life, fulfilled the Law and then willingly became the perfect sacrifice for the sin of the whole world. He died on a cross to pay for your sin (1 John 2:2). Jesus rose from the dead, defeating sin, death and the devil. God “commands all people everywhere to repent” because “He has set a day when He will judge the world”  (Acts 17:30-31). If you repent and believe the Gospel, then God will forgive all your sin and give you eternal life (Mark 1:15, John 3:36). Do it today! www.AfterLifeCatalog.com       80-BEZEUGEN     (802-393-8436)

A Love For Souls!

This is an exert from "How To Bring Men To Christ" by R. A. Torrey:

But how is one to get a love for souls? This question is easily answered. First of all a love for souls like very other grace of Chris- tian character is the work  of the Holy Spirit. If then we are conscious that we do not have that love for souls that we should have, the first thing to do is to go to God and humbly confess this lack in our lives and ask Him by His Hol y Spirit to supply that which we so sorely need and expect Him to do it (i. Jno. V. 14, I5i Phil. iv. 19). In the second place Jesus Christ had an intense love tor souls (Matt, xsiii. 37; Luke xix. 10), and intimate and constant companionship with Him will impart to our lives this grace hich was so prominent in His. In the third place feelings are the outcome of thoughts. If we desire any given feeling in our lives we should dwell upon the thoughts which are adapted to produce that feeling. If any saved person will dwell upon the peril  and wretchedness of any man out of Christ and the worth of his soul in God's sight as seen in the death of God's Son to save him, a feeling of intense desire for that man's salvation is almost certain to follow. In the fourth place, reflection upon our own ruined and unhappy condition without Christ and the great sacrifice that Christ made to save us, is sure to fill our hearts with a desire to bring others to the Saviour that we have found.

May The Lord Be With You! Saturday Witnessing

I heard that tomorrow is Star War's Day, so I gave out a few Star War's millions from Gospel Tract Planet. Chris took one at Ross. We went to Petco to get an item for our new puppy that we are getting tomorrow. Quinn and Dravin, two employees, took one there. At Walmart, a man who was asking for money at the front took one. He said that he was saved, but I think he was using that as part of his presentation. Several others took them inside and out in the parking lot.

So many need the Gospel! The hour is urgent! Let's pray for workers for the harvest and the fields of the harvest! May The Lord be with you!

Here is how the back of the tract reads:

Have you ever tested your "Dark Side?" Everyone has a Dark Side, but most people have no idea how dark it is. Let's take a look at yours... Have you ever lied, stolen (regardless of value), or looked with lust? Jesus said "whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Guilt results in an eternal Hell because God is Holy.

Imagine a man in a courtroom; a criminal guilty of serious crimes. He is tried, convicted, and sentenced to life or a fine of a MILLION DOLLARS. when the judge steps down and pays his fine! Even though he's still guilty, his fine has been paid and justice has been satisfied! The judge was both merciful and just. This is what Jesus did for sinners. While fully God and fully man, Jesus lived a sinless life. In love He took the wrath of God and penalty for sin on Himself on the Cross. Then He rose from the grave, showing the penalty paid.

What should you do? God commands you to repent and trust in Jesus ALONE. Don't trust in "good works." Cry out to God for mercy and put your faith in Jesus, confessing and forsaking sins. God will change your heart so you will desire Holiness. Make peace with God today; you may not have tomorrow. Eternity is worth much more than a MILLION DOLLARS!

Merry Christmas! - 2013

I pray that everyone has had a Merry Christmas this day! Here's my Christmas Card to all the bloggers and readers!
May Jesus bless you abundantly as we celebrate His birth!

Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS. (Matthew 1:18-25 KJV)

Friday Night Evangelism - The Night Of The Atheists!

Three of us went out Friday night. I text my friend, Rob, when I stopped to get coffee. I had asked him to pray for us and text him back to see if he wanted to go out with us one night. He called me after that.It worked out for him to come on his first trip to witness at the clubs. He has been involved in street ministry with the homeless. Bro. Gary, Bro. Rob, and I arrived at the Trial Bar around 10:00 to discover that the Hooking Bull Bar had closed down. There is only the Trial Bar on that particular corner now. Most of our witnessing has been done with the patrons there, anyway. We brought the cross with us, which attracted many over to talk with us. I had added Jesus' name on if before we came out. We couldn't preach because of the conversations that we had. Sky, who said thus she worked at the bar, informed Bro. Gary that they were having a fundraiser for a man that had lost his job, We met Tim and Hunt, who are brothers and professing atheists. They came and talked with us about three different times. They are the first atheists that we gave got to have discussions with on street ministry. Hunt said that he has seen Ray Comfort's new video, Evolution vs. God. Tim and I talked about abortion, creation, and evolution. Overall, we didn't argue except for their friend, Jullianna, who was drunk. We talked to Nathan, who was raised Catholic. Julius, who was just passing by with his little girl, stopped to see what we were doing. He had a history of being on the streets, but The Lord had him on the right track now. Pray that can find a good church to get planted in.
We also talked to Josh, Nathan, and Justin. We may meet up with Tim and Hunt again. Hunt mentioned doing a podcast. Pray that God can use us to reach them for His glory!

Steven and Bruce

I went to the West Monroe Walmart after work to pick up a few things. On the way in, I saw two men in a truck leaving. I gave one to the driver. I offered one to the passenger, but he said that I had already gave him one. I asked what his name was. He said "Steven". I remembered that I had talked to him at the Monroe Walmart. I checked my Twitter timeline to find out that I had gave him one on Monday evening. I see him again with a friend, who gets the same tract!
After I left the store, I went to get gas in front of Walmart. There was a man sitting in a car on the other side of the pump that I was at. I gave him a Football Trivia tract and explained what it was about. I asked if he knew where he was gong when he died, He said that a pastor had asked him that same question several years ago (just like Herbert from Wed. Night!). I told him that it was something very serious to think about. He seemed to be touched by our conversation. Please pray for Steven, his friend, and Bruce!

Herbert, McDonald's WiFi, And The Law

We preach at the Claiborne Parish Detention Center three Wednesdays every month. I look for witnessing opportunities after service, usually at a McDonald's or convenience store. I stopped at the McDonald's drive-thru in Farmerville tonight, which is 30 minutes from home. As I was waiting, I noticed a man standing by the parking area. I parked when I got my order. I gave him a Football Trivia tract. I told him that it had 4 questions about football and the 5th one was spiritual. I said that one day that we are going to die just like all football players. I asked him how was he getting to Heaven. He said that someone had asked him that question before. I thought that it may have been recently, but he said that it was 10 years ago! I quoted 1 John 5:13 to him (These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God). I gave him the good person test, taking him through 3 of the Ten Commandments. He said that he would be guilty based on those 3. I asked him to read 1John 5 and Romans 10. I pray that Herbert really thinks about eternity and what Jesus has done so that he can go to Heaven.

God Has People Ready To Be Witnessed To!

I read today about a witnessing testimony from Sumner Wemp when he talked to a nurse after giving her a tract. She had just read “Left Behind” and was waiting for someone to tell her how to get saved. Tonight, I went to the Chevron to get milk. I gave the “Are You Ready” tract to a man who was smoking outside by his vehicle. He said that he has been ready. He told me that he had died twice. I told him that he was still here for a reason. He was shot the second time that he died. I asked if he went to church around here. He and his family were on the way home to Arkansas. (I am in Louisiana) When his family came out from the store, we shook hands and left. I pray that he reads the tract and thinks about eternity. God has the right people ready for us to give them the right tract to get them on the right track!

Mardi Gras Parade - West Monroe, La. - Feb. 2, 2013

I haven't had time to post about this until now. We just finished a three week revival where people received help from the Lord . I met up with Bro. JT and Bro. Gary around 5:30 on this Sat. evening on the West Monroe side where it started. They had already witnessed to a man by the name of Mike. Before going to the parade, a woman came toward us that was stumbling. She had been drinking already. We gave her a couple of tracts to read later. She asked us where the levy was. We told her to go up the street and turn left , but she kept going straight into a bad area of town. We called the police to let them know.
We met Bro. Charles before the parade began. People were partying at a couple of bars that were near the parade route. This is not as big as the parade in New Orleans, but it grows every year. We got to give out several tracts before it began.
The parade lasted for about an hour and a half. We stood on a corner where people were continually moving. I saw several people that I knew from West Monroe and school. We gave out about 600 - 700 tracts and coins. Please pray that souls will be saved through these efforts.

Happy New Year!

Another year has come and gone. I pray that you accomplished everything you wanted to in this last year. Now, we are facing a new one with new opportunities. A few of my resolutions are: Read the Bible through again (using the Prof. Grant Horner's Bible Reading System ), pray earlier in the morning, engage more people in conversations while witnessing, give out more tracts, encourage others to be a bold witness, and memorise more scripture.
I am re-posting my testimony because it was twenty years ago on New Year's Eve that I had the accident that led me to getting saved. I have shared this with several over the weekend and tonight at Walmart.
Twenty years ago, I was involved in the party scene. I thought I was living the good life. I had moved to Shreveport to manage the GNC at Southpark Mall. I had just bought a 1992 Dodge Sport. I was twenty-three at this time. Before this,I managed the GNC at Pecanland Mall in Monroe. In November, my boss asked me if I could transfer to the Shreveport store. I eagerly told him that I could. Ark-La-Miss Fair 2012

We went to the fair Friday night to pass out around 300 or more tracts and about 75 Gospel coins. Bro. JJ, Bro. Jonathan, and I were there for this event. There was a steady flow of people going in and out. Most took the tracts with a few rejects. We had two signs with us, but only used them for a short period. I got to talk to 3 Spanish men that said that they weren't Christians. There names are Manuel, Javier, and Armando. They took the Spanish Gospel coins. Giving out the million dollar bill, a young man asked if I was famous. He wanted me to sign one if I was! I told him that I was a Christian. Many young people took the Get Out Of Hell Free and the Great Pumpkin tracts. About 60 million dollar bill tracts from Living Waters were taken, also. Bro Jonathan gave out most of his Bezeugen Tract Club tracts. One woman asked Bro. JJ about our church. We also saw the McGuffee family who were working at the Creation presentation in the fair. Bro. McGuffee pastors Ambassador Baptist in Monroe. The Creation presentation is done every year by Bro. Jerry and others like the McGuffee family. They present the story of Creation and hand out Gospel tracts, too. As we were leaving, we gave 5 Back From The Dead chick tracts to some who were waiting on a corner.
The highlight of the night was when we talked to Chavelle (not sure if that is spelled correct) and Deon. We were almost to the vehicle when we saw them walking our way. Chavelle said that she was a cancer survivor. She had cancer when she was 17 months old. She expressed that she wanted to get back in church. Deon said that he was a homosexual. He did go to with his family. I talked to him about the born again experience and how God changes lives. Then I took him through 3 of the Ten Commandments. Bro. JJ talked to him about the heart and the new creation in Jesus. They both took a Bible Belt tract. Please pray for these precious souls to experience the wonderful salvation that we have in Jesus Christ!

Monday Witnessing - 9/24/2012

This morning: I stopped at the Circle K where "Mrs. Nita" works (This is on her name tag). She has told us hat she reads the tracts that we leave in the store. I have brought her new tracts lately. She wasn't working today, so I gave her co-worker a Gospel coin to give to her when she gets back to work. I also gave one to both of her co-workers. I gave one to a man as he was leaving. I placed The Biggest Gamble tract on the lottery display. As I was leaving, I spoke with a man that was pumping gas. He said that he was saved. He is a firefighter that has worked with a couple
of men that I know. I saw a Spanish couple that had stopped for gas. I gave a Spanish Gospel coin to the man and asked him to give one to his wife.
At the NowSave by the I-20, I gave Gospel coins to Lloyd, Lavelle, and Ricardo. Ricardo came back in the store to ask for coins for his mother and girlfriend!
Super One was the spot for lunch. I talked to two Spanish men at the deli. I gave Antonio a Spanish coin. Anyo took one in English.
I went to Walmart after work. I gave a coin to an employee that had got a tract before. As I was going in, I gave a coin to a man that was smoking. Duane took one in the foyer. I spoke with a man at the pharmacy while we were waiting in line. I gave him and the man that was with him a million dollar bill. He said that he went to a local church. Alberto, Eswaldo, Victor, and his friend took Spanish gospel coins. After checking out, i noticed two men at the coin counting machine. I gave a coin to the man that was using the counter. The man that was waiting took one, too. I recognized him from when I had witnessed to him several months ago at the checkout. His name is Sylvester. I gave a million dollar bill to a man that was talking to John, who is the door greeter(and a Christian). Then, Clifford(who I have been praying for), got a coin, a million, and the Mitsake tract that is written by Tony Miano. Taylor, his co- worker got another million and the Mitsake tract. I spoke with Robert in the parking lot. I gave a million and asked if he knew where he was going when he died. He said that he hoped he was going to Heaven. He admitted that he was doing better than he was about 15 years ago. I also gave him The Bible Belt tract.
Two young men received Gospel coins at the gas pumps. Please pray that these seeds will take root and grow that these dear souls will be saved!

Happy Easter! / He Wouldn't Stay Dead!

He is alive! He is risen indeed! Because he lives, we lives! What a Savior! I pray that you have a great day as we think His Resurrection!
This is a poem that I am reposting from Bro. Davy Bogg's blog, The Mile Markers-Boggs Blogs. The blog is listed under our Soul-Winning Friends. He preaches and sings across the country along with his wife,Sis. Kelly and daughter, Sis. Odie. This family is an inspiration to all that hear them. This poem was written a Baptist minister named Willard G. Thomas from Georgia. Be blessed by it!

He Wouldn't Stay Dead

by:Willard G. Thomas

They laid His body in Joseph's new tomb
And filled His disciples with sorrow and gloom
They did not remember what He had said
That He would die, but He wouldn't stay dead

Mary came at the break of day
And found the stone was rolled away
She saw an angel and in terror fled
And told His disciples that He didn't stay dead

In that cold dark tomb He would not stay
He conquered death and walked away
And now that old grave has lost it's fear and dread
He lives again! He wouldn't stay dead

Full atonement and pardon were made
And forever the sin debt was marked fully paid
The price was His blood as it flowed crimson red
And I'm thankful today that He didn't stay dead!

Let's go to our churches and cry aloud
Let's go to the marketplace and talk to the crowd
Let's go to the mission fields that lie up ahead
And tell the whole world that He didn't stay dead!

Because if Jesus Christ had only died
Then the gulf between us and God would still be wide
But thank God He did what He said
He got up out of the ground, He couldn't stay dead!

Witnessing: This Week In Review

I am having a great time using the various tracts that I have received. The Mancard continues to be a hit with the men. I have gave out over half of the 100 trillion dollar bills. The Hoppy Easter tract is great for this season of the celebration of the resurrection.

Monday: At Chile Verde, we left a trillion dollar bill for our waiter. I gave a million dollar peso to Marcela. When we went to GameStop to get a DS game for my oldest son, we left two of the You're In Control tract for a game player or employee to read. I left a Hoppy Easter tract on an Easter candy display at Super One. At Walmart, I gave a million dollar peso to Chavez. In the parking lot, I talked with Jonathan while handing him a Mancard.

Tuesday: I ate lunch with my family at McDonald's. I wanted to give a tract to a young man that was sitting close to us. He was leaving the same time we were. I was able to give him a Mancard tract and explain to him what it was about. A lot of times we look at people and think "How can I witness to that one?" One time as we were flying out to California to see my mother-in-law, we had a brief lay over in Salt Lake City. In one of the restaurants, I saw a man that had a pink mohawk. As I prepared to give him a tract, I was sure that he would be rough and tough. He proved me wrong. He took the tract and thanked me!
I had a few minutes to wait for my wife to pick me up after work. I walked to the library to see if I could do some witnessing there. A lot of people in scrubs and medical uniforms were going in. They were having a class or meeting in the back of the library. I gave out 3 Mancards near that entrance. I went to the front where I gave out 2 more. As I gave out the second one, a boy approached me. He said that his uncle wanted one of what I was handing out. I gave the Mancard to the boy and followed him to the vehicle where his uncle was. I told him that I was giving out Gospel tracts. His name is John. I asked him if he was saved. He said that he knew that he needed to get baptized. I told him that baptism didn't save. I also talked to him about repentance. He has no clue what I was giving out. I believe that the Lord had me at the library for a reason! I gave him the Hoppy Easter tract and the Gospel of John with Romans. His nephew got one of each, also.
At the Piccadilly, one of the servers thought I had an American Expess card when she saw the trillion dolllar bills in my pocket. That opened the door to give her and two other servers one. We left a Hoppy Easter tract with the tip for our waitress.

Wednesday: At lunchtime I paid my electric bill at a new business because the one that I had been paying at was no longer participating. At Able Finance, I gave a trillion dollar bill to a customer and the woman that took
my payment. I also had left one at my bank's ATM.
We had jail ministry at Claiborne detention center in Homer on Wednesday night. Bro. JJ, Bro. Day, and I went. We had a great service. A young man named Corey prayed for salvation at the altar call! He seemed sincere. It is refreshing to see a soul respond to the conviction of the Spirit of God! We gave out several tracts to the men. Sometimes the men will take tracts and distribute them to other inmates that don't come to service.
As we were leaving, we spoke to a woman in the front who was checking on her husband or boyfriend. I gave her a trillion dollar bill. She said that it might bring her luck. I gave her an Are You Lucky tract and told her what the tracts were about. Three others took tracts at McDonald's.

Thursday: We went to the Chevron after church. I gave a trillion dollar bill to Gage who had got a Mancard a few weeks back. He showed me where it was punched three times! He had also picked up a Get Out Of Hell Free card that my son had put there one other night. I gave a trillion dollar bill to a woman and her boyfriend. She thought I was giving her money! He was buying beer. I gave him one and a Mancard to go along with it.

Friday: Lunchtime: I had to do my usual routine by taking care of the laundry mat business. As I was leaving, I gave out 5 Are You Lucky tracts to customers. I said "Here's your green for tomorrow. It's a gospel tract."
After work, I had to pick up a few things. As I went through the store, I gave out 5 trillion dollar bills. I said the same to them as I said to the people at the laundry mat. At the register, I gave some tracts to a woman and her son. I pray that they will be encouraged to witness. I gave my last Are You Lucky tract to the man that worked at the register. In the parking lot, I gave 2 young men the Are You A Good Person tracts. Another man received a Hoppy Easter tract. How was your week?
